Total number of posts: 150 posts (For Male Sub-inspector: 120 posts, For Female Sub-inspector: 30 posts)
Name of the posts: Sub-Inspector (SI)
Eligibility: graduate
Pay scale: Rs.10,300 to Rs.34,800 Grade pay Rs.3,600/-
Age Limit: the age of the candidate should be in between 18 to 25 years
Qualification: the candidate should be a graduate degree in any discipline with the minimum 50% marks from any recognised university. It is compulsory for each candidate to have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory subject.
Selection procedure: Written Test
Application fees: DD of Rs 500/- and Rs 300/- for SC/ST
